J.TAMER HANDMADE KNIVES are a family owned business that have been handcrafting knives for over fifty years. The first knife was made in 1970 in a tent in the town of Yatagan Turkey by Joseph's grandfather who went by the same name, Joseph Tamer Kocak. Today these knives are known world wide and made from the best quality materials including: various horns, bone, antlers, olive wood, hornbeam, walnut, apoxy, verzalit, German stainless steel N690 and 4116. High carbon leaf spring. Damascus ( folded 5-8 times). The majority of knives come with a 5 year warranty unless otherwise listed.
